
The Kaua‘i Police Activities League (K-PAL) is set to unveil its updated facilities in Līhu‘e with a celebration on Thursday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. The event will take place at the Philippine Cultural Center, 4475 Nuhou St. Attendees can join in the blessing of the new boxing and wrestling gym and tour the facilities.
K-PAL aims to channel youth energy into positive activities through programs like flag football, boxing, jiu-jitsu, and wrestling, impacting over 1,100 kids last year. At the grand opening, families can meet the dedicated coaches who support K-PAL's community efforts. It's an opportunity to learn more about K-PAL's mission and programs to empower youth.
