The operation extended to include the arrest of one additional adult on narcotics charges, and two other individuals received criminal summonses.

Lowell's South Common area has experienced notable drug trafficking. Police seized an undisclosed amount of fentanyl, crack cocaine, and cash, disrupting the local drug trade.
