Inglewood's skyline is poised for a change with the introduction of the Kali Hotel and Rooftop, a new luxury hospitality project announced by officials on Friday. According to ABC7, the hotel will be situated in Hollywood Park, next to SoFi Stadium and YouTube Theater. Convenience is key for future guests, with the hotel being a short walk to the Intuit Dome and Kia Forum and only four miles from the Los Angeles International Airport.

The construction of this 13-story, 300-room structure, including 34 suites, is slated to offer various amenities such as a pool, yoga deck, spa, and fitness center, ABC7 reports. The groundbreaking ceremony for the Kali Hotel is scheduled for Oct. 22, indicating a swift move to capitalize on the location's proximity to major athletic and entertainment venues.

As detailed by SoFi Stadium's official website, the Kali Hotel and Rooftop will join the Autograph Collection Hotels, which is a part of Marriott Bonvoy’s portfolio. The boutique hotel aims to embody the essence of Los Angeles culture and hospitality. KPC Development Company has enlisted Clayco for construction, working alongside design firms Lamar Johnson Collaborative (LJC) and Sixteenfifty Creative Intelligence to materialize their vision of a space that blends modern and timeless styles.

"Kali Hotel represents a pivotal step in KPC’s strategic growth of realizing world-class development projects with partners who share our eye for ingenuity and commitment to excellence," Dr. Kali P. Chaudhuri, Chairman and Founder of KPC Development Company and the KPC Group, told SoFi Stadium's official website. The venue is expected to feature three dining concepts and approximately 20,000 square feet of space designated for meetings and events. Complimentary to the hotel's grandeur is onsite parking with 315 available stalls.

The addition of the Kali Hotel underscores Hollywood Park's ongoing transformation into a vibrant, mixed-use community. With a sprawling 300-acre development spearheaded by Los Angeles Rams Owner/Chairman E. Stanley Kroenke, Hollywood Park is set to host not only this singular hotel but also a stretch of retail and residential spaces, along with creative offices and public parks. Otto Maly, President of Kroenke Holdings, expressed his enthusiasm for the hotel's role in further enhancing the area by stating, "As we continue to develop this unparalleled destination where people can live, work, play and now stay, Kali Hotel will enhance the experiences here for our residents, visitors and guests from across the globe."
