
Brooklyn Park Police Department announced the safe location of Robin Hurley, a vulnerable adult who had gone missing from her Brooklyn Park home on Friday. According to the police alert, Robin left for a walk at around 3:30 pm with her three-legged Shih Tzu and did not return when expected, causing concern due to her condition as she suffers from Alzheimer's.
Her last known appearance was in the 5600 block of 85th Ave N. Robin was described as wearing a purple Nike jacket with a white stripe and grey sweatpants at the time of her disappearance. The Brooklyn Park Police had urged the public to call 911 if they spotted Robin, heightening community awareness and participation in the search.
Following the report and subsequent search efforts by both authorities and citizens, Robin was found and confirmed to be safe. The Police have not released additional details regarding the circumstances of how Robin was found.
