According to details released by the City of Austin, Brayan Cuellar, a White male born on November 18, 2002, was the unfortunate deceased.
The crash sequence began with an SUV and Cuellar's motorcycle and was complicated by a subsequent collision between Cuellar's bike and a pickup truck. As responders rushed to the scene, the drivers of the two larger vehicles remained, as detailed by the City of Austin. Andrew Lycan, a 37-year-old White male driving the pickup truck, stayed through the initial chaos of the crash site and, after investigations, was arrested for DWI.
