Chaos ensued on a busy Orange County street when a stolen vehicle, pursued by Florida Highway Patrol troopers, collided with another car, causing multiple injuries. According to ClickOrlando, the incident occurred on North Hiawassee Road, just north of West Colonial Drive.
The chase unfolded yesterday afternoon, after which the Honda Accord in question, while actively fleeing troopers, hit a Nissan Sentra. As reported by FOX 35 Orlando, the stolen Accord was determined to be stolen, and its violent encounter with the Sentra led to an urgent transportation of the occupants to nearby hospitals.
Both drivers and several passengers, caught in the abrupt violence of metal and speed, were among those injured. The condition of the involved individuals has not been released, but the Florida Highway Patrol has confirmed that charges are pending.
