Residents and visitors of Mine Falls Park in Nashua have been advised to heighten their vigilance following a series of reported assaults. According to a social media post by the Nashua Police Department, a man is reportedly targeting women, striking them from behind while cycling through the park.
The trend, noted over "the past several days," involves an individual using speed and a white N95 mask to facilitate his escape after assaults. The reported incidents, all occurring around 4:30 p.m., have led to an active investigation by local law enforcement. Nashua Police Department describe the suspect as a white male in his thirties, approximately 5'11" tall, and dressed in all-black attire.
No injuries have been reported so far, but the series of events has caused concern among park-goers. In light of these incidents, officials are asking the public for assistance. The Nashua Police Department urge "anyone who has been the victim of a similar situation to contact the Nashua Police Department Crime Line at (603) 589-1665." Moreover, they've released an image of the suspect to aid in his identification.
