
Early this morning, a shooting in northeast Columbus left one person in critical condition. The incident occurred in the 2700 block of Primrose Trail, near Morse Road, as reported by WBNS. The victim, discovered with gunshot wounds, was promptly transported to Riverside Methodist Hospital following the act of violence that shattered the early morning stillness at approximately 4:53 a.m.
In a related report by NBC4i, it was specified that the shooting took place at the Morse Glen Apartments. The victim, a man shot in the abdomen, was inside his residence when the shot was fired from outside, breaching the safety of his home’s walls and striking him. A window on the ground floor of the apartment complex was observed, with its screen knocked out, indicating the point of intrusion by the bullet.
