He is described as last clothed in a gray hoodie with a black jacket, black pants, and white Nike sneakers at his disappearance. Adding to the urgency of finding Stubbs is that he has delayed communication abilities, which may further complicate his interactions and the ability of authorities or individuals to assist him.
