Oviedo's annual Halloween Parade is set again to transform Oviedo Blvd into a corridor of festive cheer. On Sunday, October 20, from 5:45 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., the boulevard will be shut down between the Gym, Aquatics Center, and Center Lake Lane.
