Authorities in Travis County have brought charges against two suspects following a deadly shooting last Thursday at a Wells Branch apartment complex. One of the accused, identified as Nathan Jamar Reed-Harper, 18, from Pflugerville, along with a second suspect, a juvenile whose name has been withheld, face first-degree murder charges in the killing of 24-year-old Darrell Keith Davis from Austin, as reported by CBS Austin.
The incident, which police believe was an attempted robbery involving individuals who knew each other, ended with Davis being shot in a breezeway of the complex located at the 2800 block of Wells Branch Parkway, as per KXAN.
Davis later succumbed to his injuries at a local hospital after first responders had initially revived him with CPR, according to CBS Austin.
