Taking the stage at Little Caesars Arena on Monday and having done so again yesterday, Pink offered fans in Detroit an experience that, according to a report by mlive, "You won’t attend many music concerts in your life where, essentially, a Cirque du Soleil show breaks out."
The Grammy-winning artist did not disappoint as she descended upon the stage from a bungee cord, quickly segueing into a series of her biggest hits. Both nights of concerts are part of her P!NK LIVE 2024 tour which has sold out venues across the country, as reported by CBS Detroit.
Fans got more than just a concert, they got a peek into Pink's family life as her children were part of the night's festivities. Her 8-year-old Jameson moonlit on stage unexpectedly, while 13-year-old Willow Sage performed alongside her mother, earning applause. Embracing the spirit of Detroit, Pink heralded the venue saying, "This is like, the perfect building. I can see everybody," according to mlive.
Before her powerhouse concerts, Pink took some time to enjoy the local Halloween festivities with her family at Greenfield Village in Dearborn, sharing her enthusiasm with fans on social media. "If you know me, you know that Halloween is the beginning of my FAVORITE time of year," the singer exclaimed in an Instagram post covered by Freep.com. The village is known for its Halloween tradition which includes costumed storybook characters and live interactions, offerings that were seemingly enjoyed by the visiting pop star and her family.
