A 27-year-old moped driver from Port Huron was fatally injured following a collision with a car last week, succumbing to his injuries on Monday. The crash occurred at approximately 6:36 a.m. near the intersection of 10th Avenue and McPherson Street, in Port Huron. Local police, alongside fire departments and tri-hospital EMS professionals, responded to the scene. Initial care was provided by McLaren Port Huron Hospital, following which the victim was transferred to McLaren Macomb for advanced medical treatment owing to the serious nature, of his injuries.
