The San Antonio Police Department is actively seeking the public’s help in locating 51-year-old Raymundo Torres Jr., a man with an intellectual disability who was last seen on Tuesday night on the city's far north side. Torres was spotted in the 1400 block of Cedar Mill, as reported by KENS 5.
According to the police, Torres is also easily recognizable due to an amputated right leg and his reliance on a three-wheeled scooter for mobility. His last seen clothing included a red short-sleeved shirt, navy blue jean shorts, and white socks, paired with black shoes. KSAT adds that Torres is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs around 196 pounds, marked by black hair and brown eyes.
San Antonio authorities are concerned for Torres' wellbeing due to his intellectual and physical disabilities, which put him at risk.
