
The Santa Monica Police Department continues its search for a suspect connected to an assault that took place in late September. Authorities are reaching out to the public for help in identifying the man responsible for an incident that occurred on September 22 around 12:35 a.m. near the 1400 block of Alley 5, according to KTLA.

Surveillance footage shows the suspect, described as a male, aged approximately 25-35 years, with bleached blonde hair, and a black beard, running barefoot on the sidewalk, as detailed by KTLA. His unique appearance includes tattoos that cover both arms, as stated by the police. He was last spotted fleeing eastbound on Santa Monica Boulevard towards 7th Street.
As stated by the Santa Monica Police Department, "Your support is vital in helping us maintain the safety of the #SantaMonica community," read the public appeal. The suspect was last seen dressed in a dark t-shirt and shorts. The Santa Monica Police encourage anyone who might have information regarding the identity or whereabouts of the suspect to come forward.
