The El Dorado County Sheriff's Office has confirmed the grim discovery of Tyson Fiddler's body yesterday afternoon, ending days of searching that commenced following his disappearance last week. According to a report by ABC10, Fiddler was last seen in the early hours of October 5, near a bar on Mother Lode Drive in Placerville.
The sheriff's office had issued an alert to the public on Monday, to actively start to look for the missing man. Officials said in a statement that the body was discovered in a remote area of the county around 2 p.m. yesterday. However, details surrounding Fiddler's death are scarce, with the investigation still underway.
Both the circumstances leading to his absence, and those that culminated in his death, hang heavy with unanswered questions. According to KCRA, detectives were able to locate a deceased individual, later identified as Fiddler, who was last seen at a local establishment before his mysterious disappearance.
