A 22-year-old Shrewsbury man, Guangyo Gao, faces charges for Indecent Assault and Battery of a Person Over 14 following an incident during a massage service. According to the Auburn Police Department's statement, the victim, who is approximately 30 years old, initiated the 911 calls leading to the arrest.

The business in question, Health Spa, has been operating under the business certificate Zhu Relaxation DBA Health Spa since February 2020, with a recent renewal in April 2024.
