In a day-to-day skirmish with crime, the Stockton Police Department reported a robbery on the 5200 block of Pacific Avenue. According to a Facebook post by the Stockton Police Department, a 28-year-old female employee was involved in a confrontation with suspects over allegedly stolen merchandise from a business in the Lakeview District.
It seems the altercation escalated when the woman confronted the individuals, leading to her being assaulted. Though the incident was surely distressing, the police confirm that no injuries were sustained and the involved employee declined any medical attention. In the swift action that followed, officers apprehended Kaylee Kunce, 37, taking her into custody without further altercations. Kunce now faces charges for battery and robbery, as the search for her accomplice - described only as a white female aged between 18 and 19, continues, as reported by the Stockton Police Department.
