The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department reported that on Oct. 18, the teenager was charged with murder, robbery with a dangerous weapon, and conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon. Captured with the assistance of multiple agencies, the arrest took place in Conway, South Carolina. According to the QC News, the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police's Violent Criminal Apprehension Team (VCAT) was key in locating and arresting the suspect.
