A Tennessee man stands charged with the sexual exploitation of a minor, dealing with allegations of selling child sexual abuse material on social media. Following a cyber tip, detectives searched on Friday, Oct. 18, at the residence of 22-year-old Noah N. Norris on Jamestown Road in Tipton County, according to Action News 5.

During the search executed by the Tipton County Sheriff’s Office, multiple electronic devices were seized for examination. The arrest comes in the wake of classified reports that led to Norris after a tip was relayed to the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, as detailed by Sheriff Shannon Beasley. Having posted a bond of $25,000, Norris is set to appear in court on November 15.

"Once again, we are confronted with a disturbing reality: a child predator lurks in the shadows of technology, confident that their heinous acts will remain unnoticed," in a statement detailed by Local Memphis, Sheriff Beasley expressed, urging vigilance among the community in overseeing children’s online activities.
