
Tempe law enforcement officials have reported the arrest of three individuals linked to the Arizona Mills Mall shooting incident that erupted in September. According to FOX 10 Phoenix, the suspects were identified as 19-year-old Gabriel Victor Garcia, 22-year-old Marvin Hooks, and a person just 16 years of age. The shooting, which took place on September 13, resulted in minor property damage but thankfully spared any injury to patrons and staff.
Authorities have articulated the gravity of the charges, encompassing multiple felonies. The 16-year-old is facing a litany of serious accusations: four counts of Aggravated Assault, two counts of Endangerment, one count of Unlawful Discharge of a Firearm, one count of Disorderly Conduct, and notably, one count of Minor in Possession of a Firearm, as reported by 12 News.
Garcia stands accused of similar infractions, which include four counts of Aggravated Assault along with one count each of Unlawful Discharge of a Firearm, Endangerment, and Disorderly Conduct. Meanwhile, Hooks is charged with a single count of Conspiracy, as detailed by 12 News.
