Toll Brothers has also publicized the opening of Toll Brothers at StoneCreek in Richmond. According to a company announcement, the homes—ranging from 4 to 6 bedrooms and 3 to 5 baths—are priced beginning in mid-$500,000s and offer personalization options for buyers.

Brian Murray, the division president of Toll Brothers in Houston, highlighted the uniqueness of both developments.
