Toll Brothers is expanding its reach in Texas, catering to more mature demographics with its latest development in Willis. A new community specifically designed for those aged 55 and over, Regency at Chambers Creek, is positioned off Calgary Road and is set to feature homes with open-concept floor plans and private three-car garages, as per details shared by Houston Chronicle. This upscale area will include 2 to 3 bedroom homes, up to 3.5 bathrooms, and numerous amenities like a private boat launch, nature trails, a vineyard, and wellness center, with homes priced from the upper $300,000s.
Toll Brothers has also publicized the opening of Toll Brothers at StoneCreek in Richmond. This community, located at 5318 Gilded Estates Drive, offers home buyers sophisticated designs in a nature-filled environment, featuring homes that span 3,078 to 3,782+ square feet. According to a company announcement, the homes—ranging from 4 to 6 bedrooms and 3 to 5 baths—are priced beginning in mid-$500,000s and offer personalization options for buyers.
Brian Murray, the division president of Toll Brothers in Houston, highlighted the uniqueness of both developments. Regarding Regency at Chambers Creek, he stated, "With a variety of home designs and an array of resort-style amenities, this community is designed to meet the needs and desires of today's active adults," he said in a release obtained by the Houston Chronicle.
For StoneCreek, Murray emphasized, “This hidden gem of a community offers a prime location, exceptional amenities, and the opportunity for our home buyers to personalize their new home to fit their lifestyle with the assistance of our professional Design Consultants at the Toll Brothers Design Studio,” as noted by Toll Brothers blog post.
Chambers Creek plans to feature a nine-hole golf course designed by golf legend Tom Lehman. Lehman praised the development's attributes in the Houston Chronicle, claiming, "Having played around the world as a longtime member of the PGA Tour, Chambers Creek is truly a one-of-a-kind development that offer incredible views, rolling hills for miles, and a setting that is extremely rare."
