A traffic collision in St. Petersburg claimed the lives of two adults, and a child was seriously injured on Tuesday afternoon, authorities report. According to WFLA, the incident involved an SUV and a tow truck at the intersection of 5th Avenue South and 22nd Street South.
The St. Petersburg Police Department indicated that the crash occurred around 5 p.m. The two adult victims, casualties of the collision, were in the SUV whereas, a child has been hospitalized with serious injuries. The child was transported to All Children’s Hospital, as noted by WFLA. The investigation into the crash is ongoing, and at the moment details about what led to the accident have not been released.
