According to statements made by Lt. Jason Johansson of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department's Homicide Section, the incident occurred around 4:22 p.m., and upon arrival at the scene, officers discovered a man lying on the ground near a car, who had suffered a gunshot wound and was subsequently pronounced dead at Sunrise Hospital, as reported by KTNV.
As the investigation continued, detectives spoke to a witness who saw two men in dark clothing and ski masks running into a nearby apartment complex. Police secured the area, and the men later turned themselves in after contacting people inside.
