The Milwaukee Police Department has issued a critical alert for the disappearance of Ike King Jr., a 69-year-old man diagnosed with dementia, who was last seen yesterday night. King, described as standing at 5'10" and weighing about 175 lbs. with brown eyes and black curly hair, was wearing a white flannel, blue shirt, blue pants that closely resemble Dickies-style workwear, and black Nike flip-flops when he vanished. The last known sighting of King was around 10:30 p.m. near the intersection of 41st and Fond du Lac, as FOX6Now reported.
King is also distinguishable by a missing front tooth, a detail that was shared by CBS58 in their coverage of the ongoing search. The Silver Alert system, which is activated when a senior, especially those with cognitive impairments, goes missing.
Authorities have been actively searching since the alert, but have not yet found significant leads regarding King's location. The Milwaukee Police Department is urging anyone with information to contact the Seventh District at 414-935-7272 right away.
