Tragedy struck yesterday evening in North Harris County, where local authorities are piecing together the events that left a young man dead in the wake of gunfire. According to Click2Houston, an off-duty officer, serving as security at an apartment complex in the 15100 block of Ella Blvd, discovered a victim—described as a man in his mid to late 20s—unresponsive on the sidewalk around 9:30 p.m., with multiple gunshot wounds.
