Residents reported seeing a white vehicle speeding away after the shooting, suggesting a quick escape. Investigators found numerous shell casings at the scene, highlighting the intensity of the incident. About an hour later, a man with a gunshot wound to his arm walked into a hospital for treatment, likely connected to the shooting.
The victim, who is in stable condition, has refused to cooperate with police, offering no details about the shooting's location, according to the public safety report. The investigation is ongoing, and authorities urge anyone to come forward.
