Before this development, concern had been raised when Donald was last seen driving a 2000 green Toyota Tacoma at around 12:30 p.m. Descriptions and appeals for the public's help were shared extensively online, with the police providing specifics about his appearance and clothing. "MISSING PERSON | Donald, 82, was last seen around 12:30 p.m. today driving a 2000 green Toyota Tacoma. He is 5’6”, 160 pounds and was last seen wearing a black shirt and gray cargo shorts," the City of Denton Police Department stated. Donald, who is living with dementia, had left his place of residence on Londonderry Lane to visit a nearby storage facility and had not since returned.
