In September, Arlington residents experienced a futuristic way of getting groceries, as electric ground and air robots delivered food directly to their homes. This pilot program called the Multimodal Delivery program, served residents in East Arlington and around the University of Texas at Arlington. The groceries the Tarrant Area Food Bank provided included nonperishable items and were delivered to participating households.
