
Tragedy struck on Sunday morning outside an Arlington nightclub with the shooting death of a 23-year-old man. The Arlington Police Department reported that at about 5:25 a.m., their officers responded to the 3200 block of Justiss Drive after receiving reports of gunfire.
Upon arriving, the scene was chaotic, with multiple vehicles hastily leaving the nightclub's vicinity. The responding officers discovered the young man, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, lying unresponsive in the parking lot. Sadly, he was pronounced dead at the scene, leaving behind a cold echo of the night's revelries in the form of scattered shell casings. Investigators are now desperately seeking surveillance footage that might shed light on the incident.
Details on the event at the nightclub that bled into the early morning hours, and those who attended, are currently under investigation. Detectives have yet to release any suspect information, and no arrests have been made in connection to the homicide. The investigators are powering through in their search for evidence or leads, and they encourage anyone with any shred of information to step forward.
