A Baltimore County soccer coach has been arrested on charges of illegal surveillance, specifically in the private living spaces of his residence. Nicholas Fioravanti, 42, was arrested on Monday by detectives from the White Marsh Police Precinct, according to official reports from the Baltimore County Police Department.
The investigation revealed nefarious activity. Investigators say Fioravanti installed recording devices inside sensitive areas of his home: a bedroom and a bathroom. The individual, who engaged with the community as a volunteer soccer coach in the Perry Hall and White Marsh regions, now faces charges for privileged prurient intent and visual surveillance in a private area. The revelation brings to light the disturbing violation of privacy suffered by an underage person.
