
Early this morning, Baltimore police officers responded to a grim scene in the Northern District, where they discovered a 36-year-old man suffering a stab wound. The incident, which occurred in the 2500 block of North Howard Street, was first reported at about 3:08 a.m., according to a statement from the Baltimore Police Department.
The victim, whose identity has not yet been released, was quickly transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. Sadly, he later succumbed to his injuries, marking another loss to violence in the city. Detectives from the homicide unit are now piecing together the events of this tragedy in hopes of understanding the motive and finding those responsible.
