Calling all parents in Charlotte County looking for a creative outlet for their wee ones: Tiny Picassos is the new program on the block. Set to begin mid-December, the Harold Avenue Regional Park Recreation Center is poised to become an incubator for toddler creativity through art and crafts. These future mini-Matisses will not only get their hands dirty with paint and glitter but also hone motor skills that are crucial during early childhood development.
Tiny Picassos will be held on the third Wednesday of each month from December through April, 2025. According to the Charlotte County official announcement, these hour-long sessions come with a modest fee of $25, covering not one, not two, but five classes.
While the class focuses on art, the real masterpiece is the bonds formed over glue and giggles. As reported by Charlotte County's announcement, "The class will enhance their motor skills while creating keepsake works of art."
