The indictment includes five counts of Rape, three counts of Kidnapping, one count of Attempted Rape, and one count of Gross Sexual Imposition.
Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Michael C. O'Malley condemned Mann's actions, declaring him a "disgusting individual who preyed on innocent women." Between May 1, 2021, and March 31, 2023, using various aliases, Mann would offer women employment at events that never were meant to be. The promise of payment—as much as $2,000—to work as a server at fictitious gatherings was a cruel mirage leading to sexual assault.
Law enforcement believes Mann's atrocities may be the tip of the iceberg. They fear additional victims may exist, those before 2021 and possibly as recent as 2024.
