Described as standing 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighing 110 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes, the young teen was last sighted wearing a distinctive Nike hoodie, gray sweatpants, and a red and black hat. While it's understood that he embarked on an Uber journey, the investigation has yet to establish where he was heading.
