The council's decision aims to restore the 500-seat theater and expand its facilities, including a brand new 175-seat black box theater, a café, and a rooftop deck. The city contributes $7 million from the 2023 Infrastructure Investment Fund, which focuses on revitalizing underdeveloped neighborhoods.
