As we head into the last breath of November, Dallas residents can expect a continuation of the cloudy skies that have become almost a fixture in the past week. According to the National Weather Service, Thanksgiving Day in Dallas was greeted with cloudy conditions and a brisk north wind reaching speeds of up to 20 mph.
The evening is forecasted to clear up, setting the stage for a chilly night with lows around 37 degrees. Continuing into Friday, Dallas will see a sunny respite with a comfortable high near 56. Although the wind, which started from the north, is expected to shift east in the afternoon, it remains gentle.
The weekend should provide an opportunity for outdoor activities, with mostly sunny skies and a high of 62 degrees on Saturday, followed by a calm night with a temperature drop to around 38. Sunday continues this pleasant pattern, with sunshine dominating and the mercury peaking near 60 degrees.
Looking ahead to the new week, Monday's weather is anticipated to be mostly sunny with a high nearing 59, though the evening might bring some cloud cover, with lows dropping to around 43. And while Tuesday introduces a 20 percent chance of showers, the cloud cover persists and temperatures hover close to 56 degrees. These conditions are expected to remain nearly unchanged through Wednesday, though the likelihood of showers increases slightly to 30 percent.
