Residents of DeSoto, TX will have an opportunity to engage with local law enforcement over a cup of joe this week, as the DeSoto Police Department hosts its "Coffee with a Cop" event on Thursday. The gathering will take place from 9 am to 11 am at the newly opened Starbucks at 722 W Beltline Rd, according to the DeSoto Police Department.
