Jones was last seen on Sunday when she left her residence in the 4000 block of Taylor Street to pay a bill but never returned home. She was dressed in all-black clothing at the time of her disappearance.
Details posted on the Detroit Police Department's Missing Facebook page describe Jones as 5 feet 6 inches tall with brown hair and brown eyes, weighing 134 pounds. She has identifiable tattoos, one on her wrist and one on her back. According to her mother, Jones is autistic, which may add a layer of urgency to her safe return.
The police have urged anyone with information about Jones' whereabouts to come forward. They have provided a contact number for the Detroit Police Department’s 10th Precinct at 313-596-1040, and they also mention that tips can be submitted anonymously through Crime Stoppers at 1-800-Speak Up. Authorities are asking individuals to keep an eye out for anyone matching Jones' description and report any sightings immediately.
