Hemphill is described as being 5 feet 4 inches tall, 137 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. She was reported wearing black and gray clothing and black sweatpants when she was last seen.
Similarly, 44-year-old Raimarie Kipper is missing, last seen on Oct. 29 at New Paths Inc., in the 700 block of East Hamilton Avenue, carrying a gray elephant purse and wearing an olive green coat and a red hoodie. Described as 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighing 115 pounds, Kipper has hazel eyes and brown hair, as reported by ABC12.
