The Fort Worth Police Department took to social media, seeking the public's assistance to identify the individuals involved in the jewelry heist that took place last Saturday. According to their Facebook post, the incident unfolded when a Black male suspected to be pretending to shop returned with three accomplices to rob the store.
The suspects wielded hammers and began to quickly smash display cases, prompting clerks and customers alike to flee in fear for their safety. While the total value of the stolen jewelry remains undetermined, the urgency to safely recover the goods and bring the perpetrators to justice is palpable. In the chaotic moments that ensued, the men took an undetermined amount of jewelry and managed to flee the location on foot.
