According to WPXI, emergency crews, including police officers, firefighters, and medics, were summoned to the scene at 215 E Main Street shortly after the blaze was reported at 1:11 p.m.
Images from the incident circulating on the web depict a portion of the structure that is fully ablaze. Observing the firefighters visible on a neighboring porch combating the fire, it became clear that, as of 1:40 p.m., the situation escalated to a four-alarm fire that compromised nearby businesses. Despite the significant structural damage to the premises, no injuries have been reported.
Making their stance amid the tragedy known, Riley's Pour House stated around 3:30 p.m., "We want to assure everyone that all of our staff and guests are safe. We will share a full statement soon. Thank you for your patience and support during this time," as reported by WTAE.
