A Georgia man, wanted for allegedly kidnapping two 4-year-old children, was finally caught and arrested in Florida, said the DeSoto County Sheriff's Office. As reported by ABC Action News, the suspect, identified as 47-year-old Jerome Ralph Garvin, was intercepted by deputies in a stolen vehicle that had been under a BOLO alert issued by Henry County. The event occurred on November 27, after deputies located the vehicle on Highway 17.

Upon spotting the vehicle, deputies attempted to make a traffic stop, however, Garvin did not comply, initiating a brief pursuit. Garvin left the moving vehicle with the kids still inside after abandoning it, leading to a manhunt before he was captured.
