Inside, they discovered the body of Betty Tedder, showing signs of "apparent trauma."
Her grandson, 39-year-old Nathan Lowe, was also found at the scene. Subsequently, Lowe was arrested and charged with murder, with an added accusation of malicious conduct by a prisoner.
