The much-anticipated arrival of H Mart in Orlando marks a significant expansion for the Korean grocery giant. Its first store in Florida is set to open at 7501 W. Colonial Drive, a location once home to a SuperTarget. This news, highlighted by ClickOrlando, comes without a confirmed opening date but promises a broad selection of authentic Asian groceries alongside a familiar array of American supermarket staples.

Notably, within this new supermarket space will be a food hall featuring a variety of tenants, one of which will be Paris Baguette, the South Korean-based bakery chain known for its array of baked goods and sandwiches. This partnership aims to blend the convenience of grocery shopping with the indulgence of a bakery café, "By placing its cafe inside H Mart, Paris Baguette capitalizes on both convenience and complementary customer interests, creating a win-win situation for both brands," a spokesperson for the bakery chain said in a prepared statement detailed by ClickOrlando.

The store will also host a variety of other eateries, such as Eggcellent Sandwich & Coffee and Myung Ga Korean BBQ & Tofu Soup, expanding the grocery shopping experience to explore diverse cuisines, as reported by Orlando Weekly. Since opening in New York in 1982, H Mart has grown significantly, with nearly 100 U.S. locations, blending retail and dining uniquely across America.
