Houston authorities are currently probing a grave incident that took place last Friday evening, approximately at 7:35 p.m., on Huffman Cleveland Road. The event led to the loss of 39-year-old Steven Turbitt. He was pronounced dead at the scene by the Houston Fire Department paramedics, upon their swift arrival following the crash.
According to an official release by the Houston Police Department, Mr. Turbitt was at the wheel of a white Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck heading westbound near the 27601 Huffman Cleveland Road, when the vehicle, for unknown reasons, steered off the path and impacted a tree with fatal consequences. The Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant Y. Ramirez and Officer R. Young are actively conducting the investigation into this occurrence.
