On October 9, a disturbing discovery was made in the backyard of a residence on Lee Otis Street in southeast Houston, where human skeletal remains were uncovered. The Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences has since been able to reveal the identity of the deceased. He was a 42-year-old man named Jason Flintroy. According to the official report obtained from City of Houston, an autopsy performed identified that Flintroy had suffered a fatal gunshot wound.
With the knowledge of his identity now clear, the Houston Police Department's task is to uncover to learn who is responsible for Flintroy's death. As confirmed by KHOU, the HPD Homicide Division is now seeking any leads that may shed light on the circumstances surrounding this homicide, for which there are, as of now, neither suspects nor a known motive.
