Specifically, Gabriel Munoz has submitted an application seeking approval to enlarge a 400-square-foot detached garage by approximately 1,250 square feet. The property is located northwest of Rapp Road and Oak Bend Lane. It is part of the Sunrise Estates Addition, which falls under the Single-Family Residential - 20,000 square-foot lots (SF-20) zoning category.

During this same public meeting, the commission will also weigh the application by Onyebuchi Odunukwe, who aims to open Glo Tanning. As proposed, the spa would occupy a site close to Keller Parkway and Chandler Road, an approximately 7,575-square-foot building in a zone designated for retail purposes. The lot, described legally as Lot 3, Block A of the Cook Addition, is owned by Odunukewe Ventures LLC.

According to the City of Keller, the hearing will commence at 7 p.m. and will occur in the Council Chambers at Keller Town Hall, 1100 Bear Creek Pkwy.
