A former Kenosha County school aide, Anna Marie Crocker, has been hit with multiple new charges including first-degree child sexual assault, possession of child pornography, and sexual exploitation of a child. WISN reports that these charges relate to Crocker's alleged sexual misconduct with a child under the age of 13, among other offenses.

The complex case, which might have previously slipped beneath the radar, came to light following the courage of a boy who shared his traumatic account. "I thought I would never have to think about it again," the young victim once hoped, as he recollected the non-consensual incident with Crocker to his mother, according to a criminal complaint cited by WISN. The complaint details how Crocker forcefully imposed herself onto the boy around nine months ago.

In addition to the original charges, Crocker now faces accusations of sending inappropriate messages and videos to a 13-year-old boy and attempting to lure him into sexual activities. As told by the victim to investigators, he received messages from Crocker which he initially misinterpreted as a "workout video" but later recognized the content as explicit. Fearing her intentions, he rebuffed her advances, stating "too young for that," and reported her to school staff, as reported by New York Post.

Investigators who searched Crocker's cellphone found explicit videos and over 200 Snapchat messages including exchanges with another 16-year-old boy, trying to induce him into a sexual act just a day before her eventual custody, according to FOX6 News. Attempting to meet with the boy on October 11 for sex, she could not as she would already be detained on that date.

Furthermore, court documents reveal that Crocker has been accused of assaulting another then 12-year-old boy during a sleepover in her home's basement. When waking up to the ordeal, he reported vehemently resisting and telling her to stop, however, Crocker allegedly persisted. The victim also received a manipulative text message from Crocker months later, coercing an apology from him and gagging him into silence about the events. She is being held on a $500,000 bond, with a preliminary hearing set for Nov. 22, as per FOX6 News.
