On the night of November 1st, Loveland Police responded to a welfare check initiated by a concerned daughter unable to reach her mother. According to KDVR, upon their arrival, officers encountered 30-year-old Michael Fuller inside the residence. Efforts to persuade Fuller to exit the home were swiftly transitioned into action when officers observed an adult female on the floor.

Once entered, officers took Fuller into custody after confirming the woman's death. The incident occurred in the 3700 block of Foothills Drive around 7 p.m., as detailed by CBS News. Subsequently, Fuller was charged with first-degree murder, tampering with physical evidence, and violating a protection order, as two residents at that location, bearing the same surname as Fuller are protected against him by a permanent restraining order.

Fuller was also previously arrested on October 9th following an incident in Namaqua Park, where he allegedly menaced and attacked a woman. During the subsequent altercation with responding officers, Fuller was reported to have appeared intoxicated and engaged in a struggle that led to an officer being assaulted, per Denver7. His actions at that time were met with multiple charges including second-degree assault of a police officer, menacing, and resisting arrest.

The Loveland Police Department continues to investigate, urging anyone with information regarding the recent incident to contact the Loveland Police Department Tip Line at 970-962-2032 or Larimer County Crime Stoppers at 970-221-6868. The identity of the female victim, as well as the specific details surrounding her death, remain under investigation and have not been publicly disclosed, police said.
